All personalized and custom-made items are created according to the details provided at checkout. Because of the unique nature of these items, personalized products are not eligible for refunds.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, eligible items may qualify for exchange or store credit only, provided they are returned in new, unworn condition and approved by our customer support team.

Production begins shortly after the order is placed, and changes may not be possible once processing has started.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you promptly.

Once approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit depending on the situation.
Store Credit Policy

Store credit is non-refundable and non-transferable

Store credit is valid for 90 days from the issue date

Credits cannot be redeemed for cash

Promotional adjustments and price differences are issued as store credit only
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for store credit only.
After 12 hours, production may already be in progress and orders can no longer be canceled. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Exchange Policy
We understand that adjustments may sometimes be needed. Exchanges may be available under the following conditions:

Items must be new, unworn, and in original condition

All exchange requests must be approved in advance

The original item must be returned before the replacement item enters production

A production fee may apply for custom remake requests

If the new item has a higher value, the price difference must be paid before production begins

If the replacement item is lower in value, the difference will be issued as store credit only
Production time for exchanged items is similar to standard order processing times.
