While shipping and customer service were exceptional, I’m sadly giving this a 2 star review because I received the wrong item twice. The first time was a mistake and while GayaJudaica promptly replaced it, the second item I received was also incorrect, even though I was very specific in my email about what I wanted the inscription to say. The quality and craftsmanship is beautiful. Just not what I asked for both times. I’m disappointed. So if you order from this seller, be aware that communication is not a strong point with personalized custom orders.
